Charles Lane is a distinguished vocalist and native of Los Angeles. He is a longtime member of the LA Opera Chorus and the Los Angeles Master Chorale, regularly performs with Los Angeles Guild Opera, which takes opera into schools throughout the city, and has held the position of Cathedral Cantor at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels since its dedication in 2002. Charles first learned to sing from his mother, with whom he grew up performing gospel music in churches around Los Angeles from a young age. He is a graduate of California Institute of the Arts where he earned an MFA in Vocal Performance.
 
Sedat Pakay was a photographer and filmmaker born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1945. Sedat's photographs have since been exhibited and published internationally. Beginning in 1967, Pakay set out on an ongoing project to shoot portraits of well-known artists in various disciplines; his subjects included James Baldwin, Andy Warhol, Mark Rothko, Josef Albers, Gordon Parks, and countless others.
